Digital Products Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and the instant access provided upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on GPT purchases or Private Label Rights.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchased content, please contact our support team immediately at support@gptcreatorpro.com. We will work with you to resolve any access problems.

Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. This includes situations such as:

  • Duplicate purchases made in error
  • Product description materially misrepresented the actual product
  • Technical issues that cannot be resolved preventing access to the product

Refund Request Process

To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, you must:

  • Provide your order number and detailed explanation
  • Allow us reasonable time to investigate and respond

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in immediate account suspension and revocation of access to all purchased products.
